David is now our Regional Director of California’s coastal communities from Santa Barbara down through northern Los Angeles. David, a former professor, scientist and entrepreneur, brings a lifetime of golf experience that began at the age of 12 as a caddie at the world-renowned Oakland Hills Country Club, known as “The Monster”. Oakland Hills CC has been the host to 14 PGA events including 6 US Opens, 3 PGA Championships, 2 US Senior Opens, and the Ryder Cup. In the 1979 PGA, David had the privilege of caddying for Bruce Lietzke where they were 1 shot off the lead of David Graham and Ben Crenshaw in the final round, finishing in the top 10. David is a disciple of the game and passionate about to bringing the game he loves to beginners of all ages and individuals looking to improve their enjoyment of the game.
